House of HR is a Belgium-based recruitment business with locations across central Europe.
We were approached to create a reporting suite that would elevate their investor communications to the highest level and serve as a launchpad for their updated Purpose, Vision, Mission and Values. Our challenge was to achieve all this while staying true to their unique and rebellious personality.
With a brief to push boundaries, we were able to sidestep some of the constraints applicable to listed companies and created a reporting framework that highlights their quirky and vibrant character and portrays them as the ‘Happy Rebels’ they are. With engaging editorial content, bespoke illustrations by a Belgian illustrator and photography taken in executives’ homes, the company’s infectious energy is evident on every page. The online report, in particular, showcases their unique approach, with new navigational techniques and media-rich content that allows them to tell their story beyond the written word.
Together we delivered a step change in reporting across print and online and captured the rebellious spirit that is the very essence of House of HR!
