She has spent more than 20 years designing and managing pan-European, multi-stakeholder strategies and leading public affairs and communications campaigns for global organisations in both the private and public sector. She also has particular expertise in building multi-stakeholder partnerships and coalitions with healthcare stakeholders. Most recently, she was Managing Director and Head of the Brussels office of Incisive Health, which she established in 2017. There, she counseled clients on a range of complex healthcare challenges and established a network of healthcare policy advisors in key European Union member states. She has also held senior roles at GS1’s Global Office, the European Climate Foundation, Mars Inc. and Burson-Marsteller (now BCW).
Francesca received an M.A. in International Relations and Economics from The Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington, D.C. . She is fluent in English, French and Italian and also speaks Spanish and Norwegian.
