Drawing on over 15 years of experience in the public and private sectors, Dave has advised the senior executives of some of the world’s largest companies during high-stakes moments involving congressional and regulatory scrutiny, cross-border M&A, and complex litigation.
A member of Brunswick’s litigation and public affairs and regulatory practices, Dave has advised clients in response to antitrust actions brought by the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission and on complex commercial litigation matters. Dave has counseled clients whose transactions have been subject to CFIUS and merger review and has helped clients in the aerospace and defense and tech, media and telecoms (TMT) sectors, among others, design and implement integrated public affairs campaigns that support their advocacy priorities at the federal level.
Dave’s clients span the aerospace and defense, automotive, financial services, healthcare and life sciences, non-profit, and TMT sectors.
Dave joined Brunswick from Capitol Hill, where he served as committee counsel to U.S. Senator Patty Murray (D-WA) during her chairmanships of the Senate Budget Committee and Committee on Veterans’ Affairs. Previously, Dave practiced law at the Seattle firm Helsell Fetterman. He began his career as a management consultant at Deloitte.
