Carole has been with Brunswick since 2007 as the joint head of Brunswick’s energy and resources offer, specializing in the metals and mining sector. She advises clients on primary and secondary equity raisings, corporate positioning, M&A, crisis, investor relations strategy, financial calendar work, stakeholder mapping and engagement, and communications around sustainability. Carole is a NED of Nyrstar N.V., City Natural Resources High Yield Trust plc, and Chair of Women in Mining (UK).

Her clients have included Antofagasta, AngloGold Ashanti, Anglo American, Barrick Gold, BHP Billiton, Dalradian Gold, Endeavour Mining, Fresnillo, Freeport McMoRan Copper & Gold, K+S Group, London Metal Exchange, Lundin Petroleum, RHI-Magnesita and Urenco.

Prior to joining Brunswick, Carole was at Credit Suisse and JPMorgan in institutional equity research and sales specializing in Global Mining and Asia ex Japan. Prior to that, Carole was a uranium/nuclear fuels analyst in London, and worked for an Australian listed mining company managing the hedge book. Carole has a BSc from the University of New South Wales, Sydney Australia.
