Avon recognised that developing cyber awareness among its employees is, in part, a cultural challenge. It requires a shared responsibility and commitment to a set of risk management behaviours.

We knew this can be difficult when the subject is seen as dry, technical and complex. So, we used the combined power of simplicity and wit to inform and involve associates in an innovative, fun and engaging campaign.

The tone was established with a convention-busting CEO launch film, interactive quiz and asking employees to paint their nail yellow to commit to the “Polish Pledge”. A range of core campaign collateral was produced, along with a comprehensive campaign toolkit, to enable coherent, local activation.
